Payment
We accept bank transfer and in-store pickup. For bigger pieces it is advisable to contact us regarding shipment details and payment methods. If you purchase an item by either bank transfer or in-store pickup you will receive a pro forma invoice which serves as a reservation of the selected items until the bank transfer has been received or we have set found an agreement for picking up the object. We will hold your items one week up for reservation unless agreed otherwise.
Bank transfer is only for customers from the EU. As soon as the payment has been received we will ship your order. Please be aware that you are responsible for possible extra costs calculated by your bank.
Security
We want your shopping experience to be pleasant and, very importantly, safe. This website is built on Solidshops - a secured e-commerce hosting software that takes full care of a safe shopping experience. Our checkout page is secured with SSL encryption and your bank and/or credit card details are not stored on our website.
Shipping & Delivery
When proceeding to the checkout you can see the shipping costs for the objects added to your cart. Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the object and the location where the object is sent to. All shippings are sent with track and trace facility and insurance in case of loss or damage.
Objects of high value will be sent by companies specialized in art shipment. For such instances we work by mutual agreement, please email us to inform on prices and settle on a proper agreement.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can, but please allow 3-5 days for delivery in Belgium. International orders will take longer of course.
International Orders
All of our products can be shipped to international addresses. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply use the shipping estimator at the shopping cart page. Here you can review your order with the added shipping and handling charges, before entering your credit card details. If you would like to receive a shipping quote first, please send an email with your order and address details to info@sisitatu.com.
Prices
All price are free from VAT. All objects come with a pro forma invoice and a final quote after the payment has been received.
Customs and Duty
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
